Hello Parents!

Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Linda Auguste (Sister Linda) and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year.  This is my 20th year of teaching.  I have previously taught K4 through 1st grade.  For the past 30 years, I've had the joy of guiding young hands and hearts through the world of teaching art in the evenings.  I've lived in Cincinnati all my life.  I am married with 3 adult children, 6 grandchildren (plus 2 more on the way).  I look forward to working with you to ensure that your child has a fantastic year of learning and growing, making friends and having fun too!  I believe our children have great potential. They need someone to challenge them, to cheer for them, and also care for them.  I'm tough when needed, tender when it matters.

Welcome to all students, those returning and those who are new to Zion Temple Christian Academy. Children may find those first few weeks a big adjustment in Kindergarten and may be quite exhausted by the end of the day.  They will have breaks throughout the day for movement and rest.   A good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast will help your child sustain energy and maintain focus.   

Enclosed is a brief Parent Survey.  Thank you in advance for filling it out and returning it the following morning.  It will give me a little information to help me learn a little more about your child and connect home/school.  If you need anything please feel free to reach out.
