Welcome Back to School!!!

Greetings families.  After an absolutely fantastic summer, here we are at the beginning of a new and exciting school year.  Together we start fresh, eagerly anticipating a year of exploring, discovering, and learning with the expectation of greatness.  The goal for each student in the class is positive growth and development spiritually, emotionally, academically, and socially.  In our combined classroom, students have the unique opportunity to experience three individual levels of instruction.  Their success is easily accomplished by their presence as a highly independent, motivated learner.   The key is to respect their school, one another and themselves.

At this time, I hope each family has had the opportunity to review the necessary supply list for class and the Z.T.C.A. Student Handbook.  With the exception of a Bible, I usually have an ample supply of items on my school supply list on hand in our classroom for student use.  

For the greater benefit of each student and their family, I will publish a test/quiz calendar for each month on my Teacher's Corner.  The calendar will list any projects or reports. The calendars for both August and September are posted for your student's respective grade level.  Be certain to follow your child's assignment book for nightly homework assignments.

I look forward to seeing you at the Ice Cream Social, on the first day of school, and during Open House.
